As the Principal of Penman HR, Zoe has over 20 years' experience as an HR professional working for organisations across a variety of industries. Her experience in Professional Services, Mining, Utilities, Government, Retail and Telecommunications means she understands business and the importance of ensuring people programs are implemented to drive the highest quality people experience.
At Penman HR we have been focusing on HR technology implementation to assist organisations to drive efficiencies, including Payroll, Performance, Conduct and Learning. Through experience as the Director of Strategy and Planning in a large Accounting firm Zoe has developed her HR and project skills to the highest level. This and other roles have included a variety of HR skills including: Executive Coaching, team engagement initiatives, Strategy development and implementation, as well as leading teams across a variety of functions.
Zoe is a focused individual with exceptional people skills: leading, influencing, and supporting people through change and maximising their engagement, potential, motivation and performance. She is passionate about helping businesses to improve through developing their people.
Zoe is an accredited Coach through Human Synergistics and a CAHRI member of the Australian Human Resources Institude (AHRI). Zoe is also an accredited Career Transition Coach using the Birkman Learning Method.
